Welcome to the Chirk Fishery website
  1. ALL ANGLERS MUST BOOK IN ON ARRIVAL AT THE FISHERY OFFICE.
  2. Fishing must be barbless or de-barbed hooks at all times.
  3. Anglers must stop fishing when they have caught their limit and return to the office to record their catch, they may then return for the rest of the time.
  4. Maximum hook size 8.
  5. One rod per person - no sharing.
  6. Maximum of 2 flies.
  7. No wading.
  8. No lead shot.
  9. No keep nets.
  10. No dogs, guns or radios.
  11. Permits not transferable.
  12. Fees not normally refundable.
  13. Fishery landing nets only to be used.
  14. No angler may assist another to achieve their bag limit.
  15. Please use litter bins provided.
  16. Abide by the country code.
  17. Management reserve the right to inspect catches, tackle and bags at random, daily.
  18. Management reserve the right to cancel any permit.
  19. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  20. Large brown trout of 4lb+ to be returned ( winter time return all )
  21. Management reserve the right to amend the rules at any time without prior notice.
  22. Management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or persons.
  23. All persons at the fishery either bank pool or visitors, are here entirely at their own risk.
